Chance the rapper is a great musician because instead of trying to make song a that he thinks will make him money he instead chooses to makes songs that he enjoys to make. One thing I thought was interesting was how they made the song start of quiet and it only got loud during the chorus and then gets quite again. One thing I was unfamiliar with was a double time 66 bpm instead of double that speed but it feels slower.
From the the first drum machine costing people about sixteen thousand dollars in today’s money and being massive to being able to download a free drum beat maker on your computer it’s amazing how far drum machine technology has come for making beats and it will be interesting to see how it continues to evolve

To create my song I recorded individual loops and beats that sounded good together and then went and cut and pasted loops in different spots and blend loops together and rearranged them until I got a sound that I liked

I like this song because the beginning is a very clean guitar sound and as it goes more into the song you get more of a heavy distorted guitar sound and it have a very easily understandable chorus
This is one of my least favorite songs because the beat doesn’t fit the song and I just don’t like the sounds used to make the beat and also her voice and lyrics can be very repetitive and annoying
